This document must be read in conjunction with Helensburgh Hypnotherapy’s Privacy Policy which outlines the GDPR requirements and details about confidentiality and how your data/information will be handled.

General

Whilst hypnotherapy is a powerful tool to help people cope with a wide range of life problems, it requires both the client and therapist’s full commitment and motivation to get the best outcomes.  Therapy is not just the time spent “on the couch” but the additional time needed to reflect on the weekly sessions and to listen to the hypnotherapy that you will be provided with on a nightly basis, combined with a willingness to change.  As a client, agreeing to undertake a course of therapy, you agree to engage with the process as laid out by the therapist.  By making this commitment you will be have the ability to access the best results, however these results do tend to vary from person and they can’t be guaranteed. 

 

Therapy sessions and Fees

Each standard session is approximately 50 minutes long (unless otherwise indicated), so clients should allow for about an hour for each session. If you arrive late to your appointment your session time will have to be reduced, with the full fee still being required to be paid.  Fees are generally paid at the end of each session by cash or card payment.

 

Fees for are as follows;

 

General Therapy and Therapy for Fears/Phobias

£80 per session (initial consultation £10 refundable from first booked session)

 

Smoking/Vaping Cessation 

£160 one session 1.5 - 2 hours in duration                                                    

 

Please note that fees are subject to change  

 

Clients should not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during sessions and I reserve the right to cancel a session with full payment required should this occur.

 

Cancellation Policy

Two full days’ notice by either text or email are required to cancel or rearrange an appointment without incurring a late cancellation fee.  Less than two days’ notice and more than one day notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee and less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

 

I reserve the right to cancel an appointment but will only do so in exceptional circumstances, will give as much notice as possible and cannot accept any liability for any financial or other consequential loss due to the cancellation.

 

Non-Attendance

Non-attendance at a session will need to be paid in full before any other appointments can be booked.
